Thank you for taking a look at my work and supporting me!

Note: My work is not a substitute for mental health care, medical care, or advice. 

Here is some info about the shop and policies. Some products come straight from the printer, some come from me personally. If you order items that are from both, you will get two different packages at different times. Below is some information and how I can assist if there is an issue.


Shipping Policy + FAQ

Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be fulfilled.

I know that is a huge range of time, but I want to be realistic! Why would it take so long, you may ask??

Great question! I don't do this full time, I have no staff (one woman business over here), and printer/shipping delays are out of my control– all of that in addition to regular life things can make it hectic to get orders out ASAP!

If you need an order by a certain date, please communicate with me to see if we can make that work. 

Estimated shipping time after fulfillment, pending no delays from pandemics or other world issues:
  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
International shipping:
Customs fees may apply with international shipping. Customs policies are different in each country and depend on a variety of factors. Customs fees are not my responsibility.

Order never arrived:

If your order did not arrive, please check the tracking number and shipping information to be sure you put the correct address. If the address is incorrect, I can send a new item at cost (if available). 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at hello@alyseruriani.com and I'll see what I can do. Once items are in the hands of USPS or the shipping company, it is no longer in my control or my responsibility. I will do my best to assist you, though!


Returns policy

Damaged items:
It's a bummer getting damaged items! If it arrives to you damaged, please contact me with photos of the damaged item and package and the packing slip (if applicable) within a week so I can see what I can do.

Non-damaged items:
I cannot offer returns or exchanges.
